Primrose Schools' Real Estate and Development personnel work closely with our franchise owners through the process of site identification, permitting, development, and construction. In order to meet our high standards for quality, we give you access to a nationally-recognized team of architects, engineers, and contractors with experience in building schools.

Primrose uses demographic modeling processes to help determine a school's optimal location, usually located along a route that's convenient for the parents and children we serve. Once we have identified the site for your school, our team will assist with navigating local and county permitting requirements, as well as bidding the project to qualified contractors.
