To encourage growth in areas that Primrose Schools has targeted, we have created the Primrose Development Incentive (“PDI”) Royalty Program which gives incentives to qualified prospects who open Primrose Schools in communities in the following areas:
- Illinois
- Maryland
- Washington
- Pennsylvania
- Washington DC
- Oregon
- Massachusetts
- New Jersey
- California
Franchise owners receive a royalty reduction to 2% royalties (typically 7%) for the first 12 months for new locations in the targeted markets. By participating in this incentive, franchise owners agree to contribute an additional 1% to their local marketing for the first 12 months their specific school is open, bringing the total contribution for localized marketing to 2%.6
With our Accelerated Opportunities program, we offer a relocation package with up to $35,000 in travel and moving expenses if you move more than 100 miles from your current residence to a market identified as a "Growth Market" or any market where real estate has been secured by Primrose Schools Franchising Company.
