How are Primrose Schools different from a daycare facility?
Unlike a typical daycare, Primrose Schools are education-based and offer a curriculum created by early childhood educators based on national development and learning standards. Our accredited Balanced Learning® Curriculum uniquely combines learning domains, character development, and enrichment programs and promotes the development of Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts®.
Do I need experience in education or child care?
No. Primrose is The Leader In Educational Child Care® - we can teach you what you need to know about the industry!
How much money can I make?
On Average, Primrose franchise owners who schools were open for at least two years averaged gross revenues of $1,536,135 and $416,998 in adjusted operated income.*
Are there financing options available?
No. However, we can recommend third party financing companies for you to consider.
What are your royalties?
Primrose has a 7% royalty fee and a 1% advertising fee.
Do I need to find my own site for my school?
No. You will be assigned a Site Acquisition Manager who will work with you on the site selection process. As a franchise owner, you are involved in accepting and approving the final site for your school.
How long does it take to open a school?
It takes approximately 18-30 months from the time you sign your Franchise Agreement to the day you open your school.
What kind of training will I receive before I open my school?
New franchise owners will participate in three weeks of in-depth training prior to opening their school: one week of training at the Primrose School of Education located on our corporate campus in Georgia, plus two weeks of in-school training with experienced Primrose franchise owners.
